Important: Appointments to clean out and remove the items from the storage facility must be made prior to arriving at the site with the listed Private Seller within the allowed 72 hour period, as mentioned in your purchase agreement here on this website and via the email notification of winning the auction. The Private Seller will usually contact the Buyer by 8AM CST the day following a notice of a winning bid on the listed storage unit at the facility or the Buyer may contact the Private Seller with the provided information in your winning bid notification. The Buyer may not communicate with the site staff or facility regarding the sale or purchase of this unit and must only communicate with the Private Seller to ensure that the integrity of the items and information about the storage unit and its items are fully understood. Can I place my own lock on the unit? The Buyer(s) is not allowed to remove the lock on the storage unit, over-lock or place their own lock on the storage unit and cannot demand that the facility or its staff remove or open the unit, without the permission of the Private Seller. The Private Seller may charge a $300 fee for lock cutting of the storage unit only when permission is given by the Private Seller to cut the lock, payment must be paid in advance. No children are allowed on the premises, please leave children at home or at another safe location with adult supervision which are off the premises. Only the Buyer(s) who hold an interest in the merchandise or the purchased items inside the storage unit may enter the facility and are allowed on the premises with a given scheduled appointment, provided to you by Private Seller, the facility may not schedule an appointment for you. Payments accepted by the Private Seller are cash only, please arrive prepared with cash change. Items may be held an extended period of time, up to two weeks, at a rate of $10 a day per unit at the facility and paid in advance to the Private Seller. Disputes and resolutions must be made with the Private Seller, this is a legally binding contract.
