We need your vote to win this year's Best Auction Services category. This is really important to us and we would greatly appreciate it if you could take 2 minutes out of you busy schedule to vote for us. Go to http://marketing.insideselfstorage.com/svy/vote/2014/home.html , then select Best Auction Services, then Online Storage Auctions.

A vote for us is telling the industry that people shouldn't have to pay fees to buy or sell storage units online.

The problem with voting is they want your email address. That leads to email lists being sold off to spammers.

They're a reputable site and they don't resell your information. I've been a member of their site for over 2 years and I've only received a few emails from them. And if that bothers you, you can opt out at the bottom of the email.

I just wanted to thank all of you who voted for us. We probably won't win since we're up against other companies with massive email lists, but we gave it our best and we got our name out there. The winners will be announced in August and I'll update this post once I get word.

I don't think you sent out any emails? You just asked people on the board to vote if they seen you post.

I got emails from other places, but I didn't vote for them.

That's strange. I sent out 2 emails blasts to all forum members. Once in the beginning and once near the end. Perhaps it went in your spam folder. Did anyone else get the emails about voting?

I automatically delete anything marked as med/high spam, so I will never see those.
