"Wanted" section of CL
« on: July 08, 2012, 09:30:18 PM »
It's time to sell my battery collection again so did my usual search on CL wanted to find who's offering he best price.

Started reading thru and first noticed people are pretty much asking for stuff free for them to sell themselves but.....

Did find a few posts on sh*t I have.  Don't offer a great deal but stuff I ws gonna toss or donate anyway.

Going to have to remember to take a stroll thru that section everyday......

good point alias, asthey say one mans junk is another mans treasure. often times ill find someone with a sob story who knows if its true or not but if i have stuff thats gonna get donated to goodwill anyway may as well give it directly to the person in need. also othertimes someones looking for a cheap bed, couch, etc and its often something ill throw away so not only do they save me from having to buy a garbage sticker but maybe make $10 off the deal.

Wanted and free are my haunts on CL. I have sold quite a bit of stuff to people wanting things. The other listing section I check quite often is barter. You never know what you can get rid of and maybe get your lawn mowed or sink fixed.

My brother-in-law barters all the time.  But I've never found much.
Seems where he is at (the south) people ask for specific items they want Then list what they have.

All I see here (PacNW) is people list what thy have and ask what you got.....

I very well may have what your looking for but not thinking of it.
I have a bunch of bamboo fishing poles.  But what am gonna do? Ask every person on Craigslist if they want it for their <blank>?

Give me an idea of what your looking for!  Clothes? Car parts? Nude house cleaning? What?!

Tho thanks for he reminder.  May just try to barter off some of my crapola....
