This guy seems pretty down to earth.  Isn't out to rip people off, just wants to make a living the good old fashion way......working.     To many of these blogs (or youtube videos) its all about their 'hustle' like its some sort of scam or something.  Puts a bad name on all of us.

This guy just wants to make an honest living.

It looks like he's got a lot of good information there. I'm surprised there are no ads on his site. With the amount of traffic he's getting he could be making a few hundred dollars a month in ad revenue. That's one less used refrigerator he would have to sell.  ;D

Great blog, thanks for the link. I especially liked the article about showing people the error of their ways when they waste your time, gas, lie etc etc.

He makes some great points.   Guess years of dealing with CL buyers and sellers you become sorta philosophical. 
 
I like: In my experience, those that truly need help, rarely ask for it.  <don't listen to sob stories or accept low ball offers>
