Title: Craigslist categoies spammed by dealers

Are there certain categories on Craigslist that you feel are difficult to sell in because of the overwhelming amount of spam by dealers?

Totally agree, furniture!!   So many thrift shops listing. I have had good luck sometimes.. Got a really nice couch listed on there now..  Not moving it out went from 300 down to 250 down to 200 - I want it gone... Taking up a lot of space in my storage unit (should auction the whole unit off)

What really bothers me is dealers who post their ads as private sellers.

yeah i think it hurts dealers overall. alot of times i purposely do only individuals and not dealers as dealers is like hundreds of the same ad in every category from cars to furniture
