Lately, I've noticed the spammers & scammers on Craigslist are getting worse. Is that possible? Maybe it's because I have some higher end items listed for sale right now.
The other day, I received ten emails from different names/email addressed and every one of them was wanting me to respond with my phone number and my actual email address.
You could tell they were spammers, plus, my phone number was listed in the ad.
I even got a call from some balsy scammer asking me if I accept PayPal and whether I'll allow their moving company to come pick the item up.

I haven't noticed them getting worse. But I don't advertise that I accept credit cards anymore. I only bring it up after we've established somewhat of a relationship. I feel like putting that I accept credit cards/Paypal in the ad brings on the scam artists.
