Any eBay sellers looking for a hot selling product?
« on: July 13, 2015, 08:12:53 PM »
Hey guys, been gone from the forum for a while been busy with other projects. I know many of you have established ebay and paypal accounts. If anyone is looking for a hot selling product I have one to supply with great margins.

Reason being my Paypal account got shutdown which essentially means I'm off of eBay. I'm working on getting setup with skrill however they have terrible customer service and it's been dragging on for weeks. I have other merchant accounts but you need PP to be on ebay.

Long story short I'd be happy to supply someone else who wants to sell on eBay. I can provide you with terapeak data showing this is a hot selling category and how much money there is to be made. If anyone is interested feel free to hit me up and I can provide more details. I was doing 15k+ a week for the past several years. I'm still selling just not on ebay.

Three questions...first is, does this product have anything to do with why your PP account got shut down? Second, what's in it for us? Third, how much time would be involved filling orders, a couple of hours a day, or all day?

1. No this product is not why my Paypal account got shutdown. As crazy as it sounds my volume. Paypal made over 70k off me last year. My account has always been in goodstanding. My ebay account was over 4000 100% positive feedback, I think in the last 3 years I've had only 2 chargebacks which I was able to provide tracking info on, etc. I was a stellar customer. I did over 2.5 Million through Paypal last year and was essentially told by the risk dept they don't like my volume. I had over 100k tied up in rolling reserves and they wanted me to keep 220K which is insane, like I would ever have that much in chargebacks, especially given my history with them.

2. What's in it for you. I undrestand the skepticism as nobody wants to help others out. Honestly though, I'm essentially handing a money machine over to anyone who wants to take this opportunity. A monkey could make $1,000 a month in less than 5 hours and that's conservatively speaking. There's easily an opportunity to make 2k a month easy as long as you don't have some new account and can only sell 5k a month or something like that.

I'm handing over a hot category which as you know nobody shares niches as it invites competition, however since I'm no longer going to be on ebay, at least not in the capacity i was, I'd rather someone make the money and at least I get to supply them. On every 10 units you move I'm making $50, your making $107 possibly more depending on where you decide to price Conservatively speaking you send out 100 packages in a month you make a grand to $1200.

I'm handing over a hot category and a great wholesale price which took me over 3 years of finding contacts to get.

I am trying to get back on ebay but the paypal alternatives of propay and skrill are a joke, I've been emailing skrill for 3 weeks and havn't gotten a response. With skrill after you go through the long signup process you then have to email them to turn on some feature of your account to allow ebay sales even though they are one of three ebay approved merhcants, you wouldn't think it'd be such a pain or they'd have such horrible customer service.

3. As far as investment of time I would say 4-10 hours a month depending upon how efficient you are. Essentially this boils down to sending about 3 packages a day, I can do that in about 5 minutes or less. Granted trips to post office take time but I have a mailbox store in my office parking lot and drop my packages there on my way home from the office.

*** Anyone who wnats to contact me if you have ebay or paypal limits that are small don't bother. I had an ebay limit of 2 million a month which obviously thats not needed but be able to move min 11k a month ideally 20k+. If you have a new account and have your money held for 21 days or can only list 3 items a mnth its not worth my time or yours.

Essentially there's one product you'll sell, probably offer 3 quantities priced at $35, $60 and $100 or $110. Basically every 10 listings you move you make $107. Move 100 items a month which is stupid easy in my category it sells itself and you make $1070. There's probably room t charge even more however I'm assuming a price point I know items will sell at all day long.

That's not what I meant, I was asking what our cut would be...percentage, dollars, etc.
