Surprised by how many people with decent ebay scores take forever or dont pay...

When someone with an ebay score of 2, 5, 20, heck even 30 bids and doesn't pay or takes two weeks to pay I'm not surprised but I have been noticing lately even people with great % scores and scores in the 200 and 300's taking a week plsu to pay or not paying at all until an unpaid resolution is opened. Getting sick of it, I have stuff packaged and usually ship within hours of receiving payment however buyers sit around waiting a week to ten days to pay and there's nothing we as sellers can do about it. Can't leave feedbac, if you dare open a case expect bad feedback.
