Do you go to garage sales even if the weather is bad (windy, rainy, hot, etc)?
What's the "line" for NOT going to garage sales?

If it's raining, snowing, etc. and the merchandise is still outside, chances are it's not worth much...then again, you might be able to find some bargains because they obviously don't care about the stuff.
