How much do you negotiate at a garage sale?
It takes a real newbie NOT to negotiate, but how much is too much...or is there such a thing?

As a person who runs an 'everyday' yard sale, you expect to haggle. Combating this can be as simple as pricing your items a few dollars higher than what you'd really take. Also not pricing your items with stickers keeps you flexible. I have different prices depending on who the person is, if its a regular who's spent hundreds of dollars over the course of time, they're going to get a better price than a new face.
