Do you think there are fewer pros at storage auctions held on Saturdays?
-
Nope, I see the same people all the time. The day of the week is irrelevant, unless they have something to do, like go to a wedding or something.
-
I've always assumed that most pros were selling their wares at their stores, flea markets or garage sales on Saturday.
-
Its the "raining" effect.
When its pouring out you would assume alot of people wouldn't show up. Some does everyone else so they all show up. On Saturdays and bad weather I see more people than ever.
The only people I don't see are contractors or landscapers who are doing their real job

That's because you're assuming that most pros have their own stores and a flea market booth and have garage sales.

I agree. Weekend warriors. People with full time jobs and a pocket full of cash to blow.

I never miss an auction. I do this full time. Granted I'm in a smaller area so by never missing I mean I hit about 2 to 4 a week. I generally see about 40 units in a week unless I get desperate and go an hour away to nashville
