Sell the land. The Federal Government has no use for all that acreage. Private landowners would do a much better job making sure people don't dump garbage on their land.

Depending on the size lot the person has not really Cobia.  We had to fight for years about people dumping garbage on our land.  It wasn't till more and more people started to move into the area and "trash service" was offered that the dumping stopped.  I still think it was due more to the people moving in area and perps were more likely to get caught.
