Title: My 3rd auction this week and am tired of

When the Storage mgmt and its employees reserve the right to bid. This is what you got on your paper after siging in. Why you ask do  not like this it because I think they have personally go in into the units and have see a better look then the rest of the people bidding at auction. They know what units are junk and have picked through the units .

You could quit going.

Your very right upper managment and some employees do pick and take stuff before units go lice for auction it happens but what can we do about it...

And then you have the auction unit owner that goes into a unit and divides the stuff among several units to generate more activity and higher overall return.  We went to one where the unit was clearly divided into six separate units.

If a employee of the facility does not seem interested int the units and then all of the sudden is interested and buying strong bid as well because they know something you don't most likely because they peeked in the boxes. Some do this because they dont want to get caught stealing due to the fact the owner can pay off their debt untill last minute, but peeking in the boxes doesnt get them in trouble.
