Title: Old Magazines
Post by: HomeGrownPromos on December 28, 2013, 01:35:09 PM
I have a TON of magazines from the 20's to the 80's to early 90's. A majority of them are National Geographic from the 60's/70's. I have about 10 from the 20's that are "The Carpenter" which is a union newspaper by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America.

Now that that's out of the way... Here's my question.. Many of the NatGeo's have little to no value, but if I remove the ads there is some value there. So, I'll be ripping ads out of those publications. The Carpenter... I have no idea the value. I can't find them anywhere. They're in pretty rough shape. But the ads in them could be fairly valuable. I saw some Dewalt, Skilsaw, Stanley Tools just to name a few.. Originals from the 20's could fetch up to $20. Do I tear them apart? Do I keep them intact and try my luck on Ebay? I just don't want to hang onto them forever..
