Do you have a Dave Hester at your local auctions? You know, someone who really presses your buttons. Or perhaps you have a friendly rivalry with another buyer. What do they/you do to fuel the fire?

I think for the most part the rivalry at my areas auctions are friendly. The only time it gets unfriendly is when you have someone there who htinks they know it all who is new to the scnee or someone who is trying to buy up every last locker. I know its a free setup anyone can do what they want but in my area especially on osme of the circuit auctions where everyone follows the auctioneer around for the day there's kind of an unspoken rule of get a locker or two and go home. If you continue hanging around bidding on every locker everyone else is gonna team up on you and make you pay.

We are in an area with a couple "Daves". Just gotta pick you units and make them Pay to play. Eventually they slow down, Most have overhead and cant afford to compete with smart buyers. We have a guy that bids on everything, I hang in and get him at the end,as long as its not over my set point.
