Hey Everyone,

I would be more than happy to answer any questions anyone may have about our website.

Thanks

What are the legal requirements for a service like yours, can you list auctions in all states? Do the storage facilities list their auction directly with you? Do you charge the storage facilities a listing fee or do you take a percentage of the winning bid? Or both? When the auction is over with, how does the storage facility get paid? Do you collect payment or do they pay the facility directly? Have you encountered any problems with bidders not making a payment or not removing the contents of the unit within the specified time?

tclane,

There are several legal requirements that need to be completed before running a web site like ours. We do not charge the facilities any fees, only commission. We have had not problems with the process with our web site and have had great feedback.
