Anyone have a new years resolution pertaining to storage auctions? Lessons you've learned, practices which will improve your efficiency, etc.?

buy more, sell more. i want 1/2 a mil on ebay by next christmas.

Work less on storage auction websites and spend more time doing things that really matter - spending time with my daughter, taking care of myself and enjoying life to the fullest.

Develop a niche and rule that segment of the industry in my area.

outsource parts of the biz or hire more help to expand.

SELL MORE!!!

Continue with cost control and (crossing fingers) hope the bidding slows down and cost of units drops.
