and way over pays each time but thats not the point. The point is they refuse to buy a trailer and rent a uhaul each time and there house is full way over full of stuff. The idea is sell what you have then buy more and at 100 bucks each time you rent a uhaul plus gas and mileage its cheaper to buy a trailer. I guess when your addicted to what they call a hobby you dont care what you spend.

As a hobby/part time business guy, let me give my opinion. I try(really hard) to avoid every extra expense. But I have a limited budget and ways to avoid fees.
Trash, I got a solution for that
Space, well after 2 units, at the moment thats my one expense.
Truck, friends and favor until I can afford a box truck FTW!
In the begining its all about maximizing your profits.
But if you simply decide to be a cheap a$$ all the time, thats a different story.

It's easy to get overloaded with inventory and continue to buy at the auctions. I have put myself on a buying freeze the next couple of weeks until I get some more stuff sold, especially all the clothes I have accumulated.

Yes its sells, unless people can get it at the dollar store or walmart with warranty.

To me that is just nuts. Of course I already had a truck and 10' utility trailer to my name. If I didn't it would be all small units for me. I do this part-time but try very hard to keep my cost low. I keep track of how much I pay for a unit and how much I've sold. I don't include items I keep for myself. Nor do I keep track of gas since many times it's either on my way or I'm spending time with my oldest daughter doing this.
Like Cobia my biggest issue is space. While I have a good amount of it in 2 sheds/barns. Currently nothing is really organized and I am sitting on alot of metal waiting for the price to go back up. Hopefully I clean some of it out this weekend at either a yard sale or the flea market.

They are new bathroom cabinets made by Brookhaven. I checked on the web and these things are very high quality. I have several people that are interested. I have a full time job and am doing this to see how much it can supplement my income for retirement. Had a very good locker last month and this looks to be about the same. Retirement may be early next year ;D

From the research I have done noe of the compensation information has ever been released. I pissed off my wife last year when I told her the stars from 16 and pregnant were making 60k per season. Irrelevant I know but still funny. Then I told her that by watching it SHE was helping to pay them.....

Nothing like watching a 16 year old know it all drum up some drama for the TV camera's...
