The pawn shop is just as fake as the show and the cast.

Auction Hunters claims to be re-enacting Ton & Alan's rarest and best finds. If that's the case, where did the pawn shop come from? It wasn't there before the show premiered so how are they re-enacting it?

There's an apartment up on the second floor. What inside the store on the first floor?
I'm not shopping, I'm investing.

Not sure how that's possible considering the first floor is all glass windows and door. Are you sure you looked at the correct building?

What I want to know is why no one has thought to "sue" Spike TV. The beginning of the show it states that this are their "true" stories of their finds. I don't remember seeing any disclaimer at the end of the show that everything is just for pure entertainment. It's a type of fraud, really.

When Listerine advertised they could kill 100% of the bacteria in your mouth they were sued. Now if you look at the Listerine commercials, they've corrected that number.

Without a disclaimer, Spike TV could be sued. So not sure why no one has?
