Uusally there are around 3 to 12 but once in a while a HUGE number comes up....ususally because of mis-management over a number of years.
I didn't go to this one (about 1.5 years ago) because it was 250 miles away, but it had.....wait for it....120 lockers.

personally attended at one location: 60
seen advertised at a single auction: 226
personally attended on a caravan run: 165

At one location, the highest number I've personally seen is in the 20's. I saw one in Goldsboro (about an 1.5 hours away) advertising 120 lockers. On a caravan I'll see anywhere from 20-40 lockers. Just not a huge number of lockers up for auction at any given time..

Last year I attended one with 200 units. It was a moving and storage place that had changed owners. They were all wooden crates. It took 2 days to get through them all. They all had last names and dates on them. All were dated from 1975 to 1995ish. Lots of fun. Bought 4 or 5 of them from the late 1970's. Fun stuff.
