Why do you buy?

I love having real online units to discuss here on the forum.  We can see into our fellow forum members minds a little.  My question is why do you buy a certain unit.  We all know price makes a huge difference but what are the nuisances you look for?

I love sealed commercial boxes.  Stuff that is NIB gets my juices flowing.  I also like tons of industrial machines.  People hate to deal with that stuff but I have a good source that will pick up scrap and give me a fair price.  And of course I love neatly stacked high end bins.  The ones with the snap on handles.

I love units that I can easily see the return on my investment and a potential or obvious profit. Prefer large furniture/appliance units or units with a theme. Boxes don't do much for me since I'm not much of a gambler.

Appliances, power tools and military gear(im near an army base). I also like the mystery bins, hate black trash bags and boxes. I DO like movers boxes like Uhaul boxes etc because they had to pay money for them and its possible they used a moving company. if its obvious they used a company I love that.
