Welcome to the forum!

I've flown into Alb.... and driven up to Santa Fe and on to Bandolier...I like everything I saw there.

Tell us a little about the storage auction world in NM.

Over time im sure I will have a few tails to tell as I have yet to see anyone mention the issue we have in the southern part of New Mexico and Az in rural areas or storage places on the edge of town I have seen and got a good deal due to the issue of snakes fallowing the field mice and rats into the lockers. once a a guy discoverd a snake and gave me his $200 locker only 1/4 the way gone through, as he refused to go back inside HAHAHA....being dry down here spiders build webs overnite in some so they are easy to spot if they have been dug through broken spider webs is another clue. also I seen a mess of bee's once in wilcox AZ when a door flew open evreyone ran me included LOL... and drew thanks for leaving the gate open. In time im sure I will share more even picks of the trash we also get here..
