Greetings from Middle Tennessee

Hello everyone, I have been a fan of the forum since finding it a couple months ago. I waited to join until I attendended my first auction, which I did this week. I would like to thank all the members for the valuable info you post here. The auction had 17 units for sale between 3 sites, and about 30 people attended. I was looking for a small unit to add volume for my community yard sale this past weekend. Didn't get one because I took 75.00 bucks to limit myself first time out. However, most of the units went for 60.00 to 225.00 range and I thought they were worth it. Three went for over 500.00, but were loaded with sellable items that were in plain sight. Have been building my database and making calls. I have a good full time job working 2-10 in AM, which gives me time to do the business. Look forward to participating in the discussions. Welcome to the business and welcome to the forums. Hope to hear your finds soon. That is a very good idea about building a database. It is what I do, and I am constantly adding more to it.
