Hi everyone - I've been doing auctions alone to this point, but was wondering if anyone was interested in partenering up with me? It makes things a lot easier I think when you have two people but so far none of my friends are interested...if anyone in the LA area would like to meet up, shoot me a message. Thanks....

Yea if you could find someone that you definitely trust having a partner in this business is a big help! You can hit more auctions! And not to mention have more hands to help move the crap! Good Luck!

Good, sound advice, as there are many unscrupulous folks in this business.....at least here in Southern AZ.
I've had a couple folks approach me about 'splitting' a unit. Unless I have it all in writing ahead of time, I wouldn't touch it. I did discuss it with one gal and told her that if I did it, we'd have to have an agreement that if either wants a particular item, that it must be paid for upfront.
I don't think I'd want to split a unit, as half the fun is in the discovery.......I don't want to share that with anybody but my husband~
Best of luck to you~
