Title: Newbie from Alabama!

Been reading all your posts for a while now and finally decided to register!  I'm a 42 year old single mother, a treasure hunter by day and an RN by night.  I've been buying and reselling online for a few years now, mostly collectible books, but have sold a little bit of everything.  I haven't been to a storage auction yet but can't wait to attend my first one!  I'm thinking I'll just watch the first couple times just to get the feel for it.  Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!!

You answered your own question with the best advice out there...watch for a while. The second most important thing to avoid is overpaying for a unit. The more you pay the less you make, or the more you lose if the unit isn't profitable at all.
