Title: Adding Pic

I am a newbie and cant figure out how to add a pic to my profile.  I am an intelligent person and have spent way too much time trying to figure this  out. Can anyone help me??

Hover over profile and you'll get a drop down menu. Select forum profile and you'll be able to figure out the rest.
