If your city is large enough to have its own listings, go to that.
Then do a search for either "auctions" or "Storage Auctions".

That should bring up a number of items.
If there are none in your immediate area it may show ones close by.

If your city isn't large enough to have its own listings, there is a list of states and cities on the right side of the screen and it is a simple matter to step your way through it.

Craigslist really shoudn't be the main place you look for auctions, personally I've never seen them in my area on CL though I guess I've never really looked much either. What category do they normally post them in community or something like that?

Check the local newspaper, check local auctioneers websites and get on their lists.

Craigslist for me is rare for auctions, it is good for yard sales and estate sales.

Anymore all local newspapers are online, just go to one of them and click on the classified section and do a keyword search for auctions, it will pop up a list.

I have seen very few auction listed in CL. They are there. But lets say you have 40 facilities up for auction today. Only maybe one or two if you are lucky will be posted in CL. CL is not a good source to rely all your intel on for storage auctions.

What part of the country do you live in? Once we know this we can point you in the right direction.

Hey Jrossjr, thanks for the comment on the blog.

On what? Your Page? If that is what you are referring to, dont take offense to it, nothing personal. I usually only had comments to blogs when I really feel like I need to speak out. And the one Story on his site that I commented on, felt like it should of been added on, which is why I made the comment on it like I did.

So again, if that is what you are referring to, I apologize, it is nothing personal.

 :)

Jross79 is an alter ego of TC just to find a way to shamelessly plug his site!!!

Only kidding!!!!

Jross, I was just kidding, I'm the same way, if its not just a shameless plug I normally only comment on articles and such when I really have a strong comment, especially with blogs as they are kind of a pain to comment on depending on how they are set up, especially so in blogger.

Also, TC, I'm kidding about the alter ego as well, just having some fun.

No offense taken at all. I thought it was funny. Good response on the hijacked blog theme by the way. From what you wrote, I got the impression that the subject had been discussed before. Has that topic been addressed on this forum?
