What's the best place to sell high end furniture?
Let's say you got a designer cabinet worth 15,000. You can't really list that on Craigslist for 7500 and expect someone to buy it. Where else can you move it..
Consignment? Anyone type of furniture dealer that will buy it outright?

eBay...local pickup.
If it truly is an item worth $15K at retail, people from nearby states would come pick it up for $7,500.

Lots of antique dealers search craigslist so might not be a bad idea to try.....
Lots of Estate companies have auction house's or store fronts. Take lots of pictures and emial them out.

We have a high-end furniture & home decor store that caters to the wealthy in our city. They will do consignment if the piece meets thier standards. You might have such a store in your area too. If not, there is probably a high end antiques auction house within driving distance. We have two in my city, but they can still be hit or miss since I am dependent on who shows up for the auction and what they want to pay.
Try to look at it this way. Yes, the furniture retails for $15,000, but you only paid $XXX for the unit. $7,500 or $5,000 is a HUGE payday from that one unit. Don't get stuck on the $15,000 figure.

Why is there an old Dodge Pick-up photo shopper into the picture of the storage facility?

Yep, works for me. I'd rather have 10 photos in my eBay listing in a good size throughout the text than that many in their format, and at $.15 cents each (normally) over the course of maybe 30 or 40 listings a month (for me) over 9 years or so, that's a good savings.
As to the picture of the storage facility, it may not be a photo (as you are defining it) but it is still a picture. ;D
Do a street map search of that address and you can get quite a real "picture" of the facility but until we can have live-time, 3-D with smells and sounds, we'll have to live with whatever representations we can get.
