how to photograph my unit

Hello: this is my first post! I have a small storage unit and would like to sell it and am looking for advice on how many photos to post and how detailed a description to provide. The unit is basically the contents of an apartment, with a well equipped kitchen and some nice art work. Please let me know how to get this project started. Thanks!!

I have two rules for my photos, the first is the more the merrier. The second is make them clear and detailed. Vague and blurry photos just open the possibility of problems after the deal is done.

If you are selling a lot of items like this, I would think that you could make more money if you took the items out one by one and photographed them, then sold them individually.  You would make more than if you sell the entire contents as one lot.  This is especially true for the art pieces that you mention.

Most of the folks you will find here are buying the whole locker through the storage company, then selling it piece-by-piece to earn a profit.  You would make the most by doing the same.
