Title: Unit sold, buyer is not responding

So I got what I was hoping for from this bidder, but I have received no replies to my PMs to him since he won.  How long should I wait before I give up and relist?

I would give the buyer 48 hours to respond. If he/she doesn't contact you, you can re-list the unit.
