This is a good example of how a private seller could unload their unwanted merchandise. It's located about 40 miles outside of the Houston city limits. It'll be interesting to see how it it does.

Yeah, I just sent him an internal message about that. A $500 deposit will probably scare off a lot of buyers. He's a private seller. He really shouldn't even charge a deposit since most buyers will want to move everything immediately.
I sold a unit on VSA last week. I got lucky, the buyer showed up with a box truck and two laborers. They moved a 10X15 in about 20 minutes.

That's nothing. You should see this guy's reserve price. You'll never guess what it is. Let's just say this unit isn't going to sell, if it does, the seller hit the lottery.
