Just saw a legal disclaimer on SB that got me thinking. It says "The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus cancelling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder. So basically what this is saying is that you could be the winning bidder, but if the tenant makes a payment before you do, the unit can be taken away from you.

I always go and put a lock on, normally within the hour after the ending bid. I would assume if that happens though buyer premium fees are refunded to..
