Title: Lowball?
Post by: mhuynh9 on January 10, 2014, 10:34:20 AM
I haven't recently hired a really hardworking kid to help me with the moving and cleaning out of units.  I even offer him a 20% commission on items he sells via Facebook groups that he completes.  He has done well and actually probably even made more money than me on a couple of units which works out fine for me because all I do is supply money and process some of the stuff.

Anyway we were both looking at a unit online today.  I asked for what he thought I should buy the unit for and he said, "Lowball them"  What?! How do I do that?  I don't think he completely gets how this works  ;)

Well for goodness sake, don't explain it to him or you might be helping him by this time next year.

Lol he is a good kid and a really hard worker.  I hope he can eventually do this on his own.
