I won't be able to go unload it until tomorrow, but I will try to pull some images from the auction to post here. Paid $180 for it 10x26

I'm surprise it went so cheap...

Down here that would of been in the thousand dollar range...

Yeah, you can see your return & profit before you open a single box.

Thanks all!

The unit is not a goldmine for sure, but it has a lot of stuff in it. The furniture was all pretty crappy, a couple of ok pieces, lots of clothes and bedding, several boxes of random hardware and tools. 1000+ VHS tapes, but most are store bought prerecorded movies and from the eBay research I have done these have some possible potential. The Gem of the unit so far though is a pair of 70s JBL L100 speakers that are going for $400 to $1000 a pair on ebay. Condition wise mine are a little on the rough end so I am looking at possibly $300-$400 just for those so all in all I am fairly satisified with this unit.

im guessing it didnt get a ton of bids for 2 reasons. #1 its big and a lot of people arent willing to do the work. #2 from the pics it looks like it could be a setup unit or a storage overflow unit. I always buy setup units and overflow units, mainly because they do go super cheap and they generally have good items, just not usually a whole lot of nice suprises(full jewelry boxes etc)

From what I could tell it might of been the 2nd of two units the people had rented, the way it was packed definitely not a setup, too much work and too neatly stacked. Also definitely, 1 persons items, lots of boxes still to go through, already found a couple of boxes with some interesting things. I think there other unit is still there or may have been sold already. The real work is just beginning now, it only took me and a buddy about 3 1/2 hours to get it all loaded. Like I said not a gold mine, but still profitable. ;)

That's all that matters, right? Buy a handful of lockers, and if all or most of them are profitable, you're doing pretty good in my book.

I thought I would update, I have sold 5 items out of the unit so far for a total of $270 so I have made all my inital investment back including buyers premium and fuel costs. I am having a yardsale on Saturday to get rid of the rest, This unit wasn't the greates, but if I can pull in at least another $500 at the yardsale I will be happy, but there is potential for more than that. We will see how it goes, I will update after the sale. Cheers :93:
