Title: Seeing a little momentum

Since I don't have garage sales anymore, I decided to list a storage unit full of common stuff on VirtualStorageAuction.com. So far, it's doing pretty well. It will be interesting to see what the final sales price is. Private sales don't have the same "mystery" as a foreclosed unit but there still seems to be a demand for the common merchandise by resellers.

Seeing a little more momentum. Right now we've got 4 lien sales, a private sale, 3 box/moving trucks, a Volvo and a mobile office up for auction.
