I got a bunch of China and some crystal. I notice my same stuff is on ebay but its all stores or buy it now no auctions. I listed auctions and nothing sold. People are listing as  high as like $20 a plate, obviously that doesn't mean someone is going to pay that but China obviously has value, just hard to sell.

I found a bunch of sites that sell replacement pieces to China sets and prices are also pretty high but havn't found any that buy stuff only sell.

I'm getting ready to just take it to this pawn shop that caters to women guy will probably give me 50% of what current ones are listed on ebay for but if possible would like to get more money.

I've tried it on eBay, and that didn't work out very well.  I sold some to one of those companies that buy it from you off the internet, but by the time I paid the shipping to get it to them, I barely broke even.  I've also sold it at an estate sale and did fairly well.  But, now I just take it up to my local auction house and let them run it through their auction.  I usually end up doing pretty well depending on the brand and pattern and I don't have it sitting around in a box in my way.

Oh, by the way, I looked at your picture. I believe what you have there is a "T" cup! ;D  Sorry, I couldn't help myself.  I don't know what that is for sure.

I've talked to one of the piece replacement companies online as well. I was trying to sell a beautiful set of Lenox china, pattern made around 1980. They offered less than 10% of their listed selling price and no offer for some pieces they had enough stock.

Tried craigslist and no takers there for any reasonable price. Only one e-mail that said "That set is beautiful." OK - So buy it!!

I managed to get $50 out of a set of Lenox china on Craigslist.  That's the best I have done on china and it felt to cheap, retail should have been $400 on what I had. . Most china is hard to sell unless you have a complete set and it is good brand.   If it says made in China it goes to goodwill, Japan, USA or England it may be worth trying to sell. I have some Ukraine made china right now have not tried to sell it but that is out of the ordinary.  It is a tea set and looks like it retails for about $150 bet I get no more then $20 out of it.
