According to RFR PayPal often ties up his funds (doesn't let him pull them out).
Does this happen to you? If so, how often and for what reason?
Personally they've never done that to me. Guess I don't generate enough heat to make it happen. ;D

ebay has a 21 day hold for new users and for some "high risk" categories. paypal holds are the ones that really hurt though

No holds on funds since I was a new eBay user. I can pull it out as fast as it goes in, well I have to wait for the 3 day transfer, but you know what I mean. ;)
