I agree with you though, don't automatically dismiss auctions by private sellers. I've listed 3 or 4 units for sale and they've had a lot of good, resell-able merchandise inside of them. Merchandise that I just didn't have the time to sell.

JC, I've noticed you've been using the "Make an offer" feature on some of your auctions, have you received any offers yet?

This site is the Cadillac of auction sites!  It's filled with many useful tools and features, my favorites are Make an Offer and Buy Now.  I just started trying them out here and I have received an offer on one of my units.  Although I did not accept the offer, it was a fantastic tool to have as an option for both the bidder and the seller.

I appreciate the compliment. When we designed the site, we wanted to take the good features from both eBay & Craigslist, to give users the tools they need to effectively buy and sell merchandise. We're still evolving, but it's nice to hear that people are pleased with the site's features.
