I saw an online auction that included a motorcycle. I was just wondering how you go about getting a title without the consent or cooperation of the previous owner.

Hi, new guy here. Recently retired & looking for something to do, so started buying & selling, mostly from commercial & industrial auctions. I quickly found out I'm much better at buying than selling. I live out in the boonies, so craigslist buyers usually reconsider after they look me up on google maps. I'm enjoying reading all the posts here & picking up useful info.
