first off you wont sell your stuff in a week or even 2 weeks.  it may take a month or two. so now you have rent to pay for a few months. i have a storage locker i put stuff in that i sale at the flea market. but i buy 3 or 4 units a month. so i turn the stuff pretty fast. if this is just a hobby you will spend more then you will make. keep the over head as low as you can. and you will do fine. every thing cost money to do this. start with gas, storage rent,time,and trips to the dump( a lot of trips to the dump).

he cant . ill bet he has no real proof. the only way to be sure is if you had something to do with it. no hearing it from some one else. or just thinking it's going on.

that pod auction is pretty good place to go some times. they have them just about every month. i went to an other auction in fort worth today. went right by you guys on 820. imglad to hear there was some good stuff.

guys check you book all of them every time. got this one today in fort worth. i almost tossed it in the trash with out looking in it. looked them up on line $300
