If it's like my area 80% of the stuff posted for a reasonable price is sold in less than a day.

People are checking this thing 4 or 5 times a day!   Have to admit It has sparked my interest as far as picking goes, because most of the stuff are motivated sellers.

In my  area there is a site dedicated to just our area on FB.  My site is Rome Yrad Sale. 

Things seem to move quickly (even clothes and furniture).  People even post what they are looking for (mostly smart phones and cases).

You just post what your selling as a comment with picture.

Some of you might like to start a site like this for your area, seems like you just setup a FB page like it is someones and send out as many friend request as you can.

I have only sold 2 items on here, but you can see by the post things move quickly.

What kills me is they would have a great piece and the auctioneer would only give a minimum description of it.

If the item was mine I would have been mad that they didn't take more time presenting the items.

I do have to say that most of the auctions I have been to are in the Atlanta area and I have only come across nice people. I haven't felt any animosity. It may be that I do not come across as a newbie.  But that is just me and my area lol.

I do not do yard sales, and have just now started my interest in flea markets so this was new to me.

After your explanation I can see the reasoning, I just has never heard of this and thought it was just probably this town.   

Here in my town some people have a yard sale setup eveyday LOL.  Guess we either don't have this ordinance or it is not enforced.
