Does anyone know what the purpose of seal Id numbers is?

To tell them apart, they all look alike.  ;D

Hey Mike!

I have a question. Are Candy and Courtney real buyers? I mean, were they buying storage units before the show or were they just cast as eye candy?

If anyone ever needs a hand with 70's and 80's rock memorabilia, I'll be glad to help out. I have been collecting this stuff since I was nineteen and I've developed a keen eye for the stuff collectors want.

Barry is kinda cute for an older guy. His sense of humor is what makes him attractive. Him being a millionaire doesn't hurt either.   :-X

New to Storage Auctions? / Bought my first unit today
« on: December 28, 2012, 06:35:47 PM »
Hey guys,

I bought my first unit today. I paid $800 for a ten by twenty foot unit that was packed full of boxes. Couldn't see much from the door but after I moved some of the boxes I was excited to find out that the unit was full of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, tobacco posters and art, lighters and flavored tobacco. I haven't gone through more than a quarter of it yet but I'm pretty sure it's an entire tobacco store that went out of business. There are several glass display cases and shelving. Also, found a couple large boxes labeled Marlboro that are full of cartons. Can't wait to dig through the unit tomorrow to see what all I got.

Just wondering if anyone who lives near Muskogee knows what newspaper or website I can go to to find auctions in our area? Thanks in advance for your help.

I see that some of you sell online or at garage sales and flea markets but what is the best way to sell when you're first starting out? Are there pros and cons to each? Thanks in advance for any advice.
