i consider anything electronic 0 dollars unless i can specifically see that it is high grade( like an xbox 1 or ps4, great speakers etc). monitors even if working arent expensive anymore an electronics in general will be dated when pulling it froma unit. Thats just in my experience. I'm not saying dont bid on lockers with electronics, im justsaying dont bid too much

i say not smart. Mainly because I don't think they are big enough to start raping everyone yet. Ebay is, and they do. I don't think this industry(online auctions) is old enough yet to start charging exorbitant fees.

your quickest sellers will be things people need every day. appliances tools etc. clothing is crap unless is in good condition and name brand. other than that look for anything odd or valuable looking. watches jewelry etc. it's pretty much common sense. After you start selling stuff you'll get more of a feel for it.

nah , i dont think you sound like an ass. I totally disagree with you lol, but that's part of life. Everyone has their own way of doing things, I'm guessing for the MOST part you avoid roaches and rats by just going for the really clean looking lockers, so that probably helps.

i just picked up 6 unit online. 2 for $720 and 4 for between $200-$400. $2300 total. The big different for me between online in live(in my area anyways) is that almost ALL online are obtainable at a fair price, whereas you don't get any super deals like I do sometimes in the heat of a live auction. I've snuck a bid in live and gotten units for a tenth of what they'd go for online sometimes.

unless  its a very slow moving operation i'd say all sentimental items are long gone by now.
