Most climate controlled units are indoors, but I've had to clean out some indoor units that were saunas. Most of the units you can drive up to are non-climate controlled.

For starters they're cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Often they'll have insulated walls instead of sheetrock with one coat of taping compound on them.

Being a newcomer and not actually physically doing auctions yet but mostly mentally preparing myself right now, I would surely hope you would keep this going. But I really feel one day once you've reached your goal you will go up at least a 5-7%

exactly how would I know if i'm looking into a climate controlled unit?..will I be told do I look for water stains? smells of mildew? what about dry or rotted furniture?...
