According to Starcasm.net:
A&E has a new special airing Tuesday, April 22 at 10:30 PM — “Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job” featuring Brandi Passante and Jarrod Schulz, everyone’s favorite twosome from the hit series, “Storage Wars,” giving a behind-the-scenes look at their lives outside of the auctions.
I know we'll all be glued to our TVs. ::)

I watched this episode. Kinda felt like they were putting on a show. Jarrod was acting like a child or maybe that's just his real personality. Might be why their store went out of business.
-
I watched it not really knowing what it was going to be. It would have been interesting if it was about the parts of their business they don't show on SW. You know, meeting with buyers, managing employees, etc. Almost similar to a pawn stars type show.
Instead we got MTV style reality show crap.

For the wife and I it was a 1/2 hour of escape, nothing more, nothing less.
-
they are winding down the franchise and figured they would give them a shot at a pilot. It didn't get picked up as a spin off but they spent the money on it so they aired it. It's a one and done.
The next spin off in the works is Candy and Courtney as Storage Wars NY has officially not been picked back up. It will not be great.

It will not be great.
Ditto Dat!

So if a person is doing a spin-off wouldnt there have be be some previous acting skills Good ole Tom beers, he should just stick to running his voice over company
-
Tom sold his company to Freemantle and is getting $3m+ a year in salary, on top of what he made off the sale of the company. Since then other people have taken over the reigns which is why Storage Wars NY tanked ... producers over there didn't take advice of casting co, brandi and jarrod, ..etc.
And he makes extra for his voiceover work ... and his wife works for the company so she makes some cash too.
Hes a very smart guy ... the people that took over are not.
at the end of the day its all just something to have on in the background while I list my junk on ebay
