Judge tosses out parts of Dave Hester's lawsuit.

Judge Michael Johnson of the Los Angeles Superior Court dismissed Hester’s claims that the show’s producers used unfair business practices. The judge also refused Dave's bid for an injunction against A&E broadcasting the show, because it would violate the channel's First Amendment rights.

That pretty much tosses out the money in his case also . I guess he wasnt as important as he thought he was.

First he lost his stores, now he lost most of his money in attorney fees. His next store will be called "Riches to Rags."   
At least he still has his name...oh wait, everyone thinks he's a douchebag.

The real funny part, to me, is the fact that these guys were surprised that prices went up and larger crowds started showing up at auctions after the shows became a hit. Then they have the audacity to cry when their profits aren't as large as before the show. I believe that's at the root of Dave's case. He was a big player, went on the show, then he had to start overpaying for units because the show fixed them. Now he's broke. Too bad, so sad..

Dave probably bought this guy's delinquent unit.

Well, he's alleging that Dave was in cahoots with the bidders at his auction house. He's claiming that Dave sold his merchandise for less than it was worth and then the merchandise was taken to another auction house and resold for top market value. Sound a little like sellers remorse to me. But either way, the mustache and swastika are hilarious.   

I certainly did get a kick out of it! I like that the guy puts Dave Hester, Hitler, OJ and Steve-O in the same category.. It's a bit of a stretch, considering that 3 of the 4 people didn't kill millions of people.. In fact, if you take all the murders done by Dave Hester, Steve-O and OJ, it equals 2.. and careers don't count.

Well technically Dave Hester murdered the storage auction business and Steve O murder human dignity.
