I've been out of the game for the past year or so and I cut the cable over a year ago, so I haven't been watching reality TV. Are there any new shows out? Are any of the original shows still producing new episodes? What shows are still airing re-runs?

A&E is still running old "Storage Wars" episodes, nothing new in quite a while and no promos for new episodes.

The new season starts on April 12, 2017 at 8:00 EST, 9:00 central on A&E

Well, that's cool. Several years back we were all guessing how long we thought the shows would last. Never would have imagined we'd still be seeing new episodes in 2017.

What's this season 10?

Looks like it. I was on A&E's website and I saw a blonde lady that resembles Jenny Grumbles from SW Texas. Did they move her to California for ratings?

Ugh, that's not the one that paints all of that nicely stained furniture, is it?

Yep, shabby chic. Paint it, distress it, overprice it. Seems to work for her.

I'm wondering how they can keep coming up with new material inside all these storage units that haven't already been featured before. It's almost like that pawn shop reality TV show in that regard I suppose? At the end of the day, I’m not surprised that the producers ended up having to plant items in order to keep the show going...

No cable for me either, but a friend told me things are a little more realistic now. Showed them buying junk units for less then $100

A show with high ratings will never cease to exist in my opinion. Viewers are often glued to their seat waiting for the ultimate reveal of whether that auction unit beholds treasures or just a pile of junk. This is the kind of show that sells and will continue to have upcoming seasons for sure.
