I am really interested to see how that wood working equipment comes out. Would love to see a post in a few months or whenever you sell it telling the brand & model, age, working condition, and how much you sold them for, if you don't mind.
Well, it's exactly one month since I bought this lkr and sorry to tell Cobia (and myself) that not ONE of the big woodworking tools has sold !
The frm owner expressed interest in the radial saw but of course has no money (I haven't advertised it yet but will now do so).
The shaper I haven't advertised as it seems hung up some how. If I hand crank the belt from underneath (not easy as it's protected by sheet metal) then turn it on, it goes, but a day later it doesn't. Needs to be blown out with air pressure.
The wood lathe...not a bite.
I HAVE sold a lot of smaller power tools, drills, routers, Dremels, skill saws, etc and a lot of bits (drill and router) and all sorts of clamps, etc.
Doll house has had some interest but not sold yet. Sold the big buffett and table, six chairs. Bar chairs not sold. Beds not sold.
As of 6/8/2012 the lkr has brought in $3,050 and is $1,150 in the black. Ok for a month and still a lot of big stuff left and fair amount of small stuff left, so looking good for net profit of $2,000 to $2500 I think over a total two month period, maybe a little more.
