Auction Scene #7...July, 2013

Most of the regulars were there and after the news report last week I was surprised to not see a lot of newbies.

I figured just the opposite would happen and that the newbies would be afraid to come out and bid; with the news of the couple that bought a storage unit and were arrested for the child porn found within.

Went to an auction today and bought a unit for $200 bucks. 4 bidders, 3 units. Other two rooms went very cheap at $50 each. Mine was a packed 10 x 10 with two mini fridges up front, alot of stacked boxes on top of furniture, mannequin type stuff, spinning display baskets and a long shaped clothing rack. Alot of the boxes so far have been books, although some look pretty old. Odd mix of items.

I took a shoddy cell phone pic, I'll post later if its worth looking at.

Store fixtures sell quick too! I know, I've been trying to gather some for weeks!
