Title: Barbies in Storage Lockers
Post by: MovieMan on July 05, 2013, 09:48:17 AM
Many of us have found new Barbies in boxes and have done well with them at the flea market or on eBay, but future locker buyers can expect to find a NEW type of Barbie doll in liened units...it will take a while, but they will be there.

Just curious about this statement. Most barbies I've found and looked up on ebay never sold or werent worth the trouble/shipping hassle for $20 bucks. I pop them off in my yardsale for $5-10 depending on the condition/theme. Is this defined as doing well?

The Barbies I have sold in the past at the flea market have sold for $15 to $30 and were the kind that were new in the box (the kind of boxes that are oddly shaped and have the cellophane panel).  Otherwise, loose barbies that have been well played with....if I get 10 of them in a locker I just put them out at the flea and ask $2 each.  I haven't taken the trouble to look up their heritage. If someone gets one worth more than $2...they're welcome to it.
